Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new shoes, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear in its original Aerosoles box and secure it inside a shipping carton with the return label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
